Key Responsibilities

Provides input to identify key success factors for the Pipefitting crew.

•Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts following established recipes and menu specifications.
•Accurately measure ingredients, prepare doughs and batters, and manage baking times to ensure consistency, quality, and appearance.
•Decorate and finish pastries, cakes, and other baked items to meet presentation standards.
•Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients under the direction of kitchen supervisors.
•Support meal service by setting up food stations, refilling serving lines, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the serving area.
•Provide support to kitchen staff with general duties such as plating, serving, and arranging food items on the line.
•Maintain cleanliness and order in the galley by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and washing dishes or kitchen tools as needed.
•Strictly adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the galley, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal.
•Ensure cleanliness of baking areas, equipment, and utensils, in compliance with Navy and food service
safety standards.
•Regularly inspect equipment and report maintenance needs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
•Collaborate with other kitchen and service staff to meet menu demands, adjust to schedule changes, and respond to increased service needs.
•Maintain flexibility to assist with additional duties during non-baking periods, supporting overall galley operations as needed.

Requirements:
Candidates must provide the following:

• A valid passport
• A valid driving license
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A reference/recommendation letter with an official company letterhead
• A valid certificate of good conduct
• Two passport-size photos
• Copies of relevant certificates
