Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, promoting our products, and developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Promote company products and services through various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or any related field.
•   0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, selling of agricultural inputs and irrigation machineries (E.g. greenhouse film, Dam liners, Pp pipes, PVC Fittings and Seedling Trays) is an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate: Proficiency in using standard software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PPTX and Photoshop software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Must possess a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to take business or Marketing travel as required.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an added advantage.
