Custodian

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and sanitation standards are followed.
• Lock and secure buildings as needed.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to [Insert weight limit] lbs.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals (preferred).
