Job Purpose:
To drive sales, build relationships with customers and promote events, activities and
packages to maximize revenue generation including building partnership and enhancing
the park’s brand image.
Description:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to target corporate
clients. - Build & maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their
needs & providing customized solutions. - Create sales pitches, presentations, sales collateral, and proposals that
will help convert leads into customers. - Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing structures with B2B
partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnership. - Prepare and analyze the sales reports including ROI, conversation
rates, customer acquisition cost, sales activities & performance metrics - Proactively followup with clients to nurture relationships, gather
feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Identify target markets, customer segments, and distribution
channels to maximize reach and sakes opportunities. - Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize
strategies for maximum impact. - Coordinate with the events team to ensure customer needs are met
and expectations are exceeded during their visit - Stay informed about the range of attractions, services, and special
events offered by the FEC to provide accurate information and
compelling recommendations to customers - Any other task assigned by the manager.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work outdoors as required.

Monthly Gross salary 50,000.00-60,000.0 kSH
